Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking.Once an order ships from korin.tmall.com, we will provide you with tracking information to help you track your order.However, once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the status of the package. At that point, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay.Listed shipping times are in addition to the processing time above. Shipping times are general estimates based on shipping carrier policy and are not full guarantees.

To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method.International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. KORIN is not responsible for items held at customs.Unfortunately, all shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns & Replacements
We will gladly exchange or refund new and unused items within 21 calendar days from the shipping date.
Please email Service@korin.tech to ensure the product is returnable prior to sending it to us.All returns are subject to evaluation by KORIN,must be shipped within 7 calendar days after receiving a return authorization.Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept any returns that are sent without our prior knowledge.

Merchandise must be in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.If your item is in new and unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product.

Depending on particular circumstances, we may have to charge a restocking fee.Shipping fees are not refundable (for free shipping orders, there may be an adjustment for incurred shipping costs).
If additional costs apply, you will be contacted for your information as we do not retain credit card data for your security.
All refunds will be issued in the original payment tender, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 3-5 business days from the date of return.

After shipping, the carrier is responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You will have to file a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues in transit.

Lifetime Warranty
All KORIN products have a lifetime warranty.Warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship and will be
repaired at the discretion of KORIN.Damages not covered are those resulting from improper use/care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or cosmetic damages.
